California State Bill 825

January 30th, 2008

Dear Friends,

We wanted to share this with you as we get closer and closer to California State Bill 825. This Bill will implement the Hospital based program that distributes materials to every new birth in California. The bill will eventually be in every Hospital in the state. Our family continues to gain strength and courage in our efforts to educate the Country on Shaken Baby Syndrome.

The photos are from last years Bill attempting to establish greater protection of our little ones. The Bill sponsored by Sally Leiber of San Jose did not make it very far here in Sacramento. We have found out that the process of passing laws is as important as the law itself. As a family we are making an impact on the system and inspiring those around us to take this issue as serious as it is. We continue to work with the District Atty’s Office as they prepare for a massive prosecution this time of our former nanny. We will continue to let you know of the efforts we are taking and the success we have. Please remember the most important thing of all. Don’t Shake Babies.
