8th day of jury deliberations

October 26th, 2007

Dear Friends,

This is now the 8th day of deliberations. The jury has not asked the judge any questions regarding direction they should take. As a family we are waiting and praying for the right verdict. The defense used doctors from other states that were paid tens of thousands of dollars to dispute that Shaking Babies does not cause the damages that Hannah had. Hannah Rose was a stunning little girl with promise of a wonderful life. This is again why we are so strongly against Shaken Baby Syndrome, and we are determined to educate the world of the abuses and effects related to this very serious issue. Please send the message to everyone you know about Hannah Juceam and let them know to Never Shake Babies.

The State of California is close to releasing information about the first Shaken Baby Syndrome Prevention Task Force that will report to the Governor. This task force is very important to continue the message that we are taking this issue very serious and as people of California we will not tolerate Abuse of our children.

Our prayers are with you three, and we are appalled to hear about the verdict. I know this hit you both hard, and we are praying for you all the time. If we can help, just let us know. BTW, I sent the photos of the patches to Bob n Mary. We hope you like them.
